BUILDING CODE:
1. No flying over rented structures
2. Fences and small walls on the parcel border are allowed as long as they are not disruptive of the region view
3. Do not go over prim allowance or items will be returned
4. The land rented is “as is” with PRIMs--There is no PRIM adding in this parcel. To add Prims to your land it is recommended to buy another land and add same group to both lands.
5. Building item height limit is 20 meters
6. Items rezzed outside rental parcel will be returned
7. Terraforming is allowed if it does not interrupt with the land views or interrupts others.
8. No terraforming hills or mountains
9. Sky boxes, domes or homes are allowed only if placed 3000 meters high
Estate owner and/or Vintage Dreams Management reserve the right to approve any structure deemed unacceptable to region standards. We welcome your building creativity and want your stay here to be enjoyable, use common sense when building and it should not be an issue. When in doubt about if something is allowed please contact Vintage Dreams Management.
CONDUCT:
1. Be respectful to your neighbors and Vintage Dreams Management
2. No littering of objects on other resident’s land.
3. No harassment or stalking of any kind.
4. The use of objects, HUD’s, scripts, that shout messages over the region is forbidden.
5. Landowners and/or Tenants need to report incidents of griefing or other region-related problems to VD management
6. No high lag script use.
7. Structures with rezzing boxes must be stored or frozen as indicated by the structure creator in order to delete the rez Scripts in them.
Structures found with such scripts may be returned immediately when the performance of the region needs to be restored. VD
Management will not be held responsible for any loss of objects due to this.
8. Breeding animals NOT PERMITTED due to increase LAG
9. Pets are allowed if they don’t collide with objects and movement is turned off when no one is in the parcel.
10. Security orbs may be used but must be set with a minimum warning time of 30 seconds. Be sure to set the scan range within your parcel
and not invading neighbor lands.
11. No region wide scanners for group invites or greeters
12. Vampires, Demons, Angels, Lycans and other RP characters are allowed as long as they keep to themselves. No fighting, no Biting, no
harassing others or will be ejected and banned from all SIMs.
GRID OUTAGES AND BUGS:
We have no control over system updates, roll overs, down times, bugs or grid outages. Contact Vintage Dreams Management if you have any issues such as excess lag.
LAND PAYMENTS:
1. Payment access if through the rental boxes situated on the land or through the Rental Kiosk situated at the Estate Rental Office: SLURL
2. It is your responsibility to know your due date and pay on time without reminders. A tier meter is provided with the rent box on your land
to monitor the time left. The meter has rent payment reminders – please do not block reminder if you tend to forget. If you ever have a
problem to pay your rent on time, contact Vintage Dreams Management to work on a solution.
3. If your box is not paid on time. The land you are occupying will be cleared after 72 hours by rental system. Estate owner takes no
responsibility for any loss of objects or time loss rebuilding. If you know you are going to be late paying, you need to contact Vintage
Dreams Management to make arrangements or the above will apply and your land WILL be cleared.
4. Estate owner and Management have the right to visit any parcel to check for any griefers, covenant violations and/or the region
performance.
5. All sales are final. The tenant may terminate the agreement at any time. A refund will not be given for any time remaining on the tenancy.
We reserve the right to consider an empty or near empty parcel abandoned if it has less than 3 days of tier left and there is no response from the landowner or otherwise stated to be used for prim usage or building purposes.
We have the right to reclaim land for nonpayment or noncompliance of any of the terms of this covenant.

1. Buy land---the land purchased will not count against your land use tier.
2. Agree to the Covenant Rules
3. Pay your rent as indicated
4. If you need assistance, please contact Vintage Dreams Management
Please read carefully, violations of this covenant may result on actions taken to enforce its compliance.
• Buying land and paying for the tier associated with it makes you the “owner” of the plot.
• You will have Land Ownership Rights
• Owners may NOT resell
• You may add Subtenants to your parcel and to rental box
• Estate owner will claim land at the end of the rental term or if the tenant does not adhere to guidelines.
